Meanwhile, Walmart has taken a “make it easier to return” approach for their online and in-store customers. Walmart has given their customers the ability to return items purchased online by logging into their Walmart mobile app by using QR code technology. It’s a very simple procedure.
- Start the Return by using the Walmart APP through the Mobile Express Lane.
- At the Customer Service desk, scan your QR Code found on your online purchase and scan with the card reader
- Lastly, hand item to the Sales Associate to process the return.
