Who needs this card?

  • $10,000 a year or more spenders on airline expenses will find this card useful as one can earn tier qualification points to climb to A-list and A-list preferred rank. This gives you privileges like priority boarding, standby priority and access to the ‘Fly by’ lane.
  • Business people – with the Companion Pass, a business stands to save a lot by issuing this card to its employees. There are savings on expenses for flights where the business is footing the bills.

The $99 annual fees and high APR may be a put off for some, but if you are flying a lot, this card has some very good features. The generous points rewards system makes it worthwhile to try.
