Soccer is a popular sport in the US but also is the sport played most consistently around the world. It’s not sectioned off or dominated by one particular country. According to FIFA’s most recent Big Count survey, there are 265 million players actively involved in soccer around the world, roughly about 4 percent of the world’s population. Sports like American football, on the other hand, are predominantly played and watched in only one country.

Soccer Teams Credit Cards
In 1993, theMontreal Impact soccer team made its debut. This is a Canadian sports club which now has 11 teams under its banner (MLS, USL [FC Montreal], U18, U16, U14, U13, U12, U11, U10, U9 and U8), including its own sports scholastic program. The 2016 season marks the club’s 5th year in MLS, the most prestigious soccer league in North America. In second division, the club won three league championships (1994, 2004 and 2009), five regular season titles (1995, 1996, 1997, 2005 and 2006) and one Canadian Championship (2008). The Impact made the MLS Cup Playoffs in 2013 and 2015, reaching the Eastern Conference semifinals at its second attempt. In April 2015, the Impact faced Club América in the CONCACAF Champions League final in front of over 61,000 fans at Olympic Stadium. Stade Saputo, home of the club since 2008, was expanded to 20,801 seats for MLS in 2012.
