My Kohl’s Charge Registration and Troubleshooting
Thank you for being a Kohl’s Charge customer! We have upgraded our website to provide enhanced features and security. Please see below for registration instructions and general troubleshooting.

I am new to My Kohl’s Charge

You can register your account by entering your full card number (12 digits, no spaces or dashes) in the Register Now field. You will be asked to create a User Name, Password, and answer security questions.

Tips: Once your username is created, it is not able to be changed.

I am a returning customer and need help with My Kohl’s Charge

I have forgotten my username: Click on the Forgot Username link on the sign in page of My Kohl’s Charge. You must enter your full, 12-digit card number and answer your security questions. After successfully entering that information, your username will populate for you. Please take note of upper/lower case letters and numbers.

I have forgotten my password: Click on the Forgot Password link on the sign in page of My Kohl’s Charge. You must enter your username and answer your security questions. After successfully entering that information, a temporary password will be emailed to you. Using the temporary password, please create your new password promptly.

I have been locked out of my account: Please wait a few hours and your account will be reset. Customer Service is unable to unlock your account. If you need to make a payment, click here for alternative payment options.

I am answering my security questions and receive an error stating my answers are incorrect: This is likely due to an incorrect username. You can verify your username by following the steps listed above.
