How can I check my account balance?
You can view the account balance as of your last statement date by selecting “Account Summary” from the JCPenney Online Credit Center main menu. After you login you can view your balance and other account information.
How can I request a credit balance refund?
If you have a question regarding a credit balance on your account please contact JCPenney Credit Services.
What should I do if I have questions regarding a credit promotion or credit insurance?
If you have a question concerning a promotional purchase, please call JCPenney Credit Customer Service.
If you have questions concerning credit insurance program, please call Stonebridge Life Insurance Company at 1-800-443-1031 during the hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday.
