Your unbilled activity
The detail of your transactions (within the last 12 months), including payment history

When you access your My Kohl’s Charge account online, you are able to perform the following functions:
Pay your bill for FREE online
Schedule one payment per day for up to 180 days in the future (maximum of 6 payments)
Update contact information including: billing address, email address, phone number
Change your password
Change your due date
Order replacement cards
Change statement delivery method
Email Customer Service regarding account-specific questions

By opting out of paper statements, you get all the above and are able to use your My Kohl’s Charge account online to do the following:
View previous statements (within the last 3 months)*
Save or print statements

* If your account has a zero balance and if there was no activity, other than a payment during the month, a statement will not be sent. Zero-balance statements with no activity, other than a monthly payment, will also not be shown in your account’s statement history. Only the three most recent statements with purchase activity will be in your account’s statement history. Transaction detail, including payment history, can be viewed on the Transaction History screen for up to 12 months.
