I am a long time loyal customer of Loft store. Sometimes I spend over $1000 in clothing’s at a go and I could approximately say I have spent over $5000 over the years.
I will say I have been having a symbiosis shopping experience at Loft.
I have not had any bad experience with purchasing or returning any item. In fact, I hardly return my purchase, because the clothes are quite fitting and trendy.
I enjoy the customer-friendly policy of full price returned on any returned item, provided the items are still with tags and in perfect condition, just like the day, it was bought.
My shopping habit has really improved with Loft store, because I am a sucker for a friendly customer service and Loft stores is superb in that area. There is a good connection between the customer service and shipping as well as connecting the retailers with good bank handling store account billing.
I love the fact that the staff are swift to calls of customers and the supervisors work hand in hand with the customers.
Again, a fulfillment specialist get in contact with you immediately there is a complaint of any damaged package. The staff are always courteous and knows they are there to make a paying customer happy.

Love the store’s 45day return and exchange window policy which gives the customers ample time to either return or exchanges products and in loft it only gets better.
Having problems with any item ordered is not a problem, just send an email and that will be all you need. Loft stores has no misrepresentation of percentage discount or figures, unlike other stores, any advertisements with a percentage discount tag is what you get like 60% off is 60%off, no hidden charges unlike an experience I had with a popular brand, saw a clothing with 60% discount tag, took out my card to pay and I was told by customer service that it is actually 40% off.
The agents representing Loft stores are quite knowledgeable and have experience which is needed to conduct a business. All my orders come in with proper paperwork.
Loft clothes are quite nice and have nice colors for all season.
I love the special store event for clients, the DJ playing cool music, the relaxing atmosphere and one get to mingle along without feeling uncomfortable or out of place.
