Purchasing a Gift Card
Add a Clarks Gift Card to your shopping bag. If you order a Clarks Gift Card with other items, please note that your Gift Card(s) will ship separately. All Gift Cards ship FREE!
Checking Gift Card Balance
To check the balance of your Clarks Gift Card online, enter the 19-digit Gift Card number and the 4-digit PIN located on the back of your card. You may have to scratch off the protective coating to reveal the PIN number. You may also call 800-242-5353 to check the balance.
Redeeming Gift Cards
Clarks Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise online at www.clarksusa.com at one of Clarks or Clarks Outlet retail locations; or by calling 800-211-5461.
To redeem a Clarks Gift Card online, just shop and checkout like normal. During checkout, you will see the Gift Card option on the Payment and Review page. Before you enter your credit card information, enter the 19-digit Gift Card number and the 4-digit PIN on the back of your card and click Apply. A maximum of three Gift Cards may be applied toward any one order.
To redeem more than one Gift Card, enter the first Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN and click Apply. You will see a confirmation message that your Gift Card balance has been applied. Then enter your second Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN and click Apply. A maximum of three Gift Cards may be applied towards any one order.
Gift Card Policy
Clarks Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise online at www.clarksusa.com and at Clarks and Clarks Outlet stores in the United States. Clarks Gift Cards are sent free of charge via UPS ground and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Clarks Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
